From Tuesday 1st September, customers may receive a phone call inviting them to take part in our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) Survey.
The survey is being carried out on our behalf by an independent research company called Pexel. Calls will take place over a 3 week period and will come from 020 4538 9096.
