All about us and our Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships provide the opportunity for you to train and develop specific skills and qualities, these are skills & qualities that we are looking for now and will help us to build our workforce for the future. Apprentices bring fresh ideas to our business whilst also benefiting from the knowledge and experience of our more established team members.

An Apprenticeship is not purely about gaining a qualification. The aim of our apprenticeship programme is to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and experiences to enable them to thrive and succeed in a modern workplace.

Apprenticeships are ideal for learners who enjoy experiential learning, combining theory with hands-on experience. Apprentices will earn as they learn and all the training costs for apprenticeships are fully funded by Weaver Vale Housing Trust (WVHT).

Apprenticeships are an exciting way to develop your career. On successful completion of an apprenticeship with us, apprentices will gain a nationally recognised qualification and our learning programme will enhance life skills to support you and your future career.

Apprenticeships start at 16 years old with no upper age limit, so whether you’re starting out in your first job after your GCSE's, already in a job and want to gain professional qualifications, thinking about re-training into a different career, or returning to work, an apprenticeship could be for you.
