Gender Pay Gap

As Weaver Vale Housing Trust employs more than 250 people, we are required by Government Regulations to publish details of our gender pay gap as at 5 April 2017.  Gender pay gaps differ from equal pay reporting in that it specifically looks at the difference in average female earnings compared to average male earnings. At the time of reporting the Trust employed 47% female and 53% male employees, with 39% female and 6% male employees working part time; for more details please read here.
