Our Senior Leadership Team plays a vital role in turning our strategic ambitions into high‑quality services for customers and colleagues. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, they provide operational leadership across all areas of the Trust, ensuring we deliver safe, well‑maintained homes, great customer experiences, and strong, sustainable communities.

Together, they lead essential functions including tenancy services, customer experience, repairs and maintenance, development, community investment, IT and digital transformation, finance, people, and corporate support. They ensure our services are well‑run, customer‑focused, and continuously improving, while empowering colleagues to perform at their best.

With a shared commitment to our Vision, Values, and Corporate Plan, the Senior Leadership Team help drive innovation, strengthen performance, and make sure we remain a landlord of choice for the people and communities we serve.
