Transparency Reports

Transparency is important to us and to our role as a development registered provider. In line with our values, we publish information showing how we invest our customers’ money to deliver new homes and services. This includes details of all items of expenditure exceeding £500, as well as our financial statements, to provide a clear picture of how our resources are managed.

This information is updated on a quarterly basis to support openness, accountability and trust.
