This Volunteers’ Week, we’re saying a big thank you to customers like you.

Our Customer Assurance Team (CAT) is made up of 17 incredible customers who give their time to help us improve the services that matter most. Over the past year, they’ve volunteered more than 780 hours!

They’ve been:

  • Sharing their experiences and ideas
  • Visiting neighbourhoods and homes
  • Talking with other customers and our teams
  • Reviewing how we’re performing
  • Helping shape important decisions

Thanks to our groups, your voice is at the heart of everything we do. We’re so grateful to every volunteer who’s got involved - people like you really do make a difference. If you want to have your say on our services, then join our customer group too!
