We will never visit your home about repairs without arranging an appointment first.
All Weaver Vale colleagues and contractors will:
- Contact you in advance if an appointment is needed
- Carry official Weaver Vale Housing Trust ID
- Be happy to show their ID when asked
If someone calls at your door about repairs, always ask to see their identification. If they cannot provide valid ID, do not let them into your home or share any information.
