We recently welcomed colleagues to our Meadowcourt development in Frodsham to see the progress being made as the scheme moves towards completion. Built on the former Meadowcourt site off Clifton Crescent, the development will deliver 12 new affordable rent homes, helping to address local housing need while bringing a vacant site back into productive use.
The scheme includes a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes designed to meet modern space and accessibility standards, creating high-quality, energy-efficient homes for local people. Delivered in partnership with John Southworth Builders and supported through the Homes England Affordable Homes Programme, Meadowcourt reflects the value of strong partnership working in increasing the supply of affordable housing across Cheshire.
Our latest site visit showed excellent progress, with internal and external works continuing at pace. The development remains on track for handover in February 2027, and we're looking forward to welcoming customers to their new homes next year.
Developments like Meadowcourt demonstrate how collaboration between housing associations, contractors and funding partners can help create high-quality affordable homes, support local communities and contribute to tackling housing demand across the North West.
