We recently welcomed Emily from the Fusion21 Foundation to see our Thrive360° workshops in action which focus on employability, financial skills, and wellbeing.
Wendy Whitehead, our Employment Support Team Leader showed Emily around where she met learners at Petty Pool and watched Sarah Grindley deliver a session on CV and cover letter writing for young people. Emily then visited Winsford College, where Ursula Sephton led a “Believe in Yourself” session with learners of different ages. Emily also spent time at the office learning about the other workshops we offer, looking at resources, and seeing how our CRM system is used to record outcomes.
Emily said she really enjoyed the day and that it helped bring the project to life, showing the positive impact on learners.
Wendy Whitehead, our Employment Support Team Leader, said: “We were delighted to host Emily from Fusion21 Foundation to experience our Thrive360° programme in action, celebrating collaboration and community impact. The visit from Fusion21 Foundation provided an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the programme's delivery and successes. Emily was able to observe firsthand how the programme supports individuals in a group setting through its comprehensive approach to employability, finances, and wellbeing. This engagement highlights the effectiveness of Thrive360° in promoting sustainable outcomes and nurturing residents within the community.”
