Our Customer Annual Report
Our Customer Annual Report gives an overview of how we’ve performed over the past financial year, which runs from 1st April to 31st March each year. It includes how we’ve delivered our services, spent money, listened to customer feedback and worked to improve your homes and communities. It’s just one of the ways we stay transparent and accountable to our customers.
