We are proud to once again be supporting #GasSafetyWeek
Gas Safety Week, coordinated by Gas Safe Register, is an annual safety week to raise awareness of gas safety and the importance of regular appliance checks to keep you safe.
Did you know we annually check your boiler to make sure it's safe for you and your family? A boiler check doesn't take long, so when we ask, please let us in. Within 28 days of completion of the work, you will receive a copy of the Landlord Gas Safety Record certificate (LGSR). It is part of your tenancy agreement that you allow us access to check your gas appliances.
