A great customer walkabout around the Grange

The sun was certainly out for us today as our 2026 Neighbourhood Walkabouts continued with our colleagues spending time across some of our Winsford communities.

The insights gathered today, and throughout the wider programme over the coming months, will play an important role in shaping our neighbourhood plans and helping us better understand how our services and decisions impact customers.

These walkabouts also provide a valuable opportunity for colleagues who don’t usually work directly in our neighbourhoods to connect with customers face to face, gaining real insights into the communities we serve and how we can continue to improve.

A big thank you to all of our colleagues supporting this year's Neighbourhood Walkabout.

Our People Operations Manager, Charlotte Emerson, shared: "Taking part in today’s walkabouts in Winsford was a great opportunity to spend time in our communities, listen to customers, and better understand their day-to-day experiences. It also gives colleagues like myself, who don’t work directly in our neighbourhoods, a chance to connect with customers and see the impact of our work first-hand.”
