Walkabout Timetable 2025
We’re excited to share that our 2025 Annual Neighbourhood Walkabouts are just around the corner – and this year, we’re focusing on meaningful, face-to-face conversations right on your doorstep.
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience, staff from across the Trust will be visiting selected neighbourhoods to speak directly with residents.
These visits, or "walkabouts", involve door-knocking and one-to-one conversations where you can share your views, raise concerns, and tell us what matters most to you.
Why It Matters to You
The walkabouts are part of Year 3 of our rolling programme to build stronger relationships with our customers. Whether you’ve had frequent contact with us or none at all, this is your chance to connect directly and let us know how we’re doing.
This year, we're piloting a new multi-channel approach to gathering Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) data—including online surveys and face-to-face conversations. By taking part in the survey, you'll help shape the future of our services and support the Empowerment Customer Assurance Team (CAT)—a group of involved customers who scrutinise our services and make actionable recommendations for improvement.
