Annual rent increase 2026
All customers will receive an annual rent increase letter and information pack from the Trust this month. Please look out for this in the post, from the w/c 22nd February. The annual rent increase of 4.8% is in line with the rent standard, set by Government and The Regulator of Social Housing.
