We are recruiting for a Chair of our Group Audit & Assurance Committee & Board Member, with skills in Finance, Audit and Risk, preferably a qualified accountant or equivalent qualification and significant relevant experience at a senior level. As part of our Board succession planning we are looking to recruit a curious, experienced and committed individual who will bring diversity of thought to our Board and Committee as a Board Member and Chair of Audit and Assurance Committee.
