Petty Pool members complete training course

Members from Petty Pool in the Community, Northwich, have successfully completed a Wellbeing course kindly sponsored by Fusion21 Foundation.

They took part in 5 sessions:

- Introduction to Budgeting
- Introduction to Getting Job Ready
- Believe in Yourself
- Volunteering
- Communicating Effectively

The members learnt key skills such as budget management, boosting confidence and communicating effectively.

Sarah Grindley, a Trainer in our Employment Support team, said: "We have really enjoyed supporting the members over the last few weeks.  We had a great session today discussing communication skills and the importance of communicating effectively. It has been a pleasure to work with such an enthusiastic group. Thank you for all your energy and smiles each week and well done."

Danielle Griffin, the Deputy Community Manager at Petty Pool, said: "We’d like to say a huge thank you for such an engaging and insightful collaboration. Our members came away from the sessions having learned a wide range of valuable skills, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
