New customer survey system
From early May, we’ll be using a new customer survey system delivered by text and email.
It’s completely secure and safe to use, and won’t change how we protect your personal information. Your feedback is extremely important to us and helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve, so we can continue to deliver the best possible service for our customers.
