Do any of the below apply to you?
- A physical or mental health condition
- Risk of suicide or self-harm or risk of harm to others
- Abuse of drugs or alcohol
- Domestic abuse
- Sensory loss (hearing and visual impairments)
- Care leaver
- Unable to use a computer
- No bank account
- Caring Responsibilities
Please call 999 if you feel you may be at risk of suicide or harm to others.
If so, call the Universal Credit helpline on 0800 169 0328, select option 1 and ask to record a complex need on your claim and pin to your notes. This will help make your transition smoother and you may be able to access further time and support with your Universal Credit claim.
