Home surveys
As part of our ongoing stock management programme we are working with a company called RAND Associates to carry out a number of ‘stock condition surveys’ on our behalf. Surveys will be carried out on approximately 155 homes, starting tomorrow (25/01/24). This work will carry on for a couple of months. Homes which are being surveyed have been contacted and we will on-site between 9 am and 5 pm. The survey will take no more than 30 minutes and will focus on visual assessments of key property areas.
