Friday 12th September - Temporary Office Closure
Please be aware of the following changes to our services on Friday 12th September:
- Phone Lines (12 noon – 5pm): Our phone lines will remain open, but calls will be automatically transferred to our out-of-hours service during this time due to an all-staff meeting. You’ll still be able to reach us and emergency repairs can be reported during this time.
- Gadbrook Reception Closed All Day: Our reception at Gadbrook will not be open at any point during the day on 12th September.
All services will re-open on Monday 15th September at 8:30am.

- Gas or Carbon Monoxide Leak: If you smell gas, suspect a gas leak or carbon monoxide issue, please call the National Grid immediately on 0800 111 999.
- Emergency Repairs: For urgent issues such as total loss of power, uncontainable leaks, flooding, or no heating/hot water with no alternatives, call 0300 303 9848 and press 1 to reach our out-of-hours emergency repairs team.
- Rent Payments by Card: To make a payment, call 0300 303 9848 and press 2.
