How to Apply for a Home
Most of our homes are let through Cheshire West and Chester Council, Cheshire East Council, and Warrington Borough Council. However, we occasionally have homes available directly from us. You can check our current listings on this page.
We also advertise some properties on Rightmove, so be sure to check regularly in your area!
Register for Housing
We do not manage housing waiting lists directly. To apply for a home, you must register and bid through the relevant local authority:
- West Cheshire: Apply via Cheshire West & Chester Council’s West Cheshire Homes system. You can set up alerts to be notified of new listings.
- East Cheshire: Apply via Cheshire East Council’s housing system .
- Warrington: Apply through Warrington Borough Council’s affordable homes portal .
