In preparation for the Trusts integrated Customer 1st Hub launch in April, staff celebrated this week.
The Customer Hub team were presented with their Institute of Customer Service (ICS) certificates today having completed their ICS training. The 'FirstImpression' course involved several days of training, and each person identifying an area for improvement. They then had to research their idea, write a full report and identify benefits of that change, along with a solution.
Alison Greenough, Head of Customer Experience said "The team has really pulled together and shown enthusiam and commitment throughout their training and also during this change period. The launch of our Customer 1st Hub is now imminent and with this training our team will be leading the way with customer experience. It was hard graft, but they all did it and are really proud of the results."
