Customer Voice Panel unveil new-look annual report

Weaver Vale's Customer Voice Panel (CVP) has unveiled their annual report for 2017/18.

The CVP is the key tenant group who work with staff to develop, monitor and promote resident involvement.

This year’s report is designed to give you a flavour of what are involved tenants get up to, covering their achievements for the year as well as their aims for the future.

Members are at the heart of the decision making process, commenting on all customer focused policies and procedures.
