The way you contact us is changing, from 24th June the 0300 303 9848 number is the new number for all of our services. Our specialist teams are still here to help you, but by calling the one central number you can access all of our services with one call. 

Checking who you are

When you call us on 0300 303 9848 we will ask you a few new questions before we into your query.

Our Customer 1st Hub team have access to personal customer data so we need to to ensure we are speaking to our tenant (or someone calling on your behalf) before we go any further with the call. This is to protect your personal information and data.

Once we have confirmed the name and address (& postcode) we may ask two extra questions from this list;

  • National Insurance Number 
  • Date of Birth
  • Last rent payment amount
  • Method of rent payment 
  • Weekly / Monthly rent charge
  • Tenancy Start Date
