Weaver Vale Housing Trust are delighted to achieve a two-star accreditation in the Best Companies 2020 workplace engagement survey and missed out on three-stars by just 0.2, having recorded their 2nd highest engagement score in 11 years. The Trust was awarded its two-star accreditation for its Best Companies Index score which measures how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer.
For the 11th year in a row the Trust has secured an accreditation, with 2 stars awarded for 2020, which means ‘Outstanding’ levels of engagement. Over 89% of staff took part in the survey that asks questions based around 8 Factors; Giving Something Back, Wellbeing, Leadership, Personal Growth, My Manager, My Team, My Company and Fair Deal.
