Customer Panels at Weaver Vale

Our two customer panels, the Customer Voice Panel and the Scrutiny Panel report to our Board twice a year, with Scrutiny reporting to a committee of the Board four times a year. These panels ensure that customers are able to participate in the co-regulation of the Trust, shaping and influencing the services delivered by the Trust.  

Becoming a member of the Customer Voice and Scrutiny Panels is a great way to get involved with the Trust and being able to participate in the process around making improvements and changes to our services.
