Online Payment System

We use the Alliance and Leicester 'Billpay' system to take payments. In order to make a payment you will need a valid credit or debit card. You will also need to enter your tenancy account number, which is available on both your Weaver Vale Housing Trust swipe card or rent statement.

The first time you use the system you need to setup an account (payment profile). In order to do this you will need your payment swipe card or invoice handy as much of the information required is available on the card.

Once your account (payment profile) is setup then the system will remember the details and making a payment becomes a simple matter of logging in and selecting the details you setup previously. Each time you make a payment using a debit or credit card you will receive instant on screen confirmation that the payment has succeeded.

You will also receive confirmation by email of the payment.
