We are the largest registered social landlord in Cheshire, providing 6,200 homes in the Vale Royal area of Cheshire.

Housing

Following our launch in 2002 we are investing £60 million in improving our homes. Improvements include:

Central Heating
Roofing & Insulation
Bathroom refurbishments
Kitchen refurbishments

In addition to the 6,500 homes in Vale Royal we also own and manage 10 Careline flatlet schemes throughout the borough as well as shops and garages.

Careline

Careline is dedicated to providing homes and services to people aged over 55. Careline services include: Independent Retirement, Community Visitors, Careline Monitoring and Telecare.
