About Weaver Vale

We are the largest registered social landlord in Cheshire, providing 6,500 homes in the Vale Royal area of Cheshire. Having been formed in July 2002, following the transfer of Vale Royal Borough council housing stock, we are a registered charity and are regulated by the Housing Corporation.

The mayority of our homes are situated in the market towns of Northwich, Winsford and Frodsam all of which provide excellent amenties. We also have a wide range of homes in smaller rural towns and villages in Vale Royal.

Our head office is based in Northwich, Cheshire, however we also have a number of customer offices throughout the borough. We are managed by the Board of Management and Executive Management Team.
