Careline is dedicated to providing homes and services to people aged over 55. Careline services include: Independent Retirement, Community Visitors, Careline Monitoring and Telecare.
Using our Careline service is quick and easy giving you piece of mind so that you can get on with living and enjoying life!
After your initial consultation our expert team will install your Careline equipment there and then, going through step by step how to use it.
Careline equipment provides 2-way communication and contact between you and our dedicated all year round, 24-hour day-support centre. Whenever you need emergency help you just push a button on your Careline equipment, our support centre is immediately notified and our expertly trained staff will speak to you and assess what level of response you need.
This can range from caring reassurance, contacting your relatives and friends, contacting the emergency services or following an assessment by our experienced staff, a visit from our community visitor team. Careline is available in 3 levels of service ranging from a monitoring service, emergency response through to our dedicated full service. Service levels range from as little as 28p per day excluding VAT. For more information about our services please contact us on;
