Reporting a Repair
We realise the importance of ensuring that repairs are carried out to an excellent standard and in a timely manner. The introduction of the opti-time appointment system allows us to offer the customer an convenient appointment time for all responsive repairs. This has helped the Trust maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
There are many ways by which a repair can be reported:
You can report a repair by email by sending your repair request to firstname.lastname@example.org, This will then be actioned by one of our Customer Support Assistants.
The dedicated repairs number is Freephone 0800 318 259, which then offers a series of menu options dependent upon your requirements. Alternatively, the corporate 0300 303 9848 number cal be dialed, again selecting the relevent menu option.
Repairs can also be reported at any of our Area Offices:
- Gadbrook Point, Gadbrook Park, Rudheath, Northwich
- The Information Centre, 1 The Arcade, Northwich
- Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford
Any repairs that are requested in writing will be acknowledged within 24 hours, contacting you accordingly to arrange a convenient appointment.
