Our Service

The Support Service is designed to work with people who are experiencing a wide range of issues and our aim is to meet individual needs. We do this by offering one to one advice and support and we can put you in touch with other agencies that may be able to help you; at times this will mean that we will work in partnership with other agencies to ensure you receive the best possible support.

We are partly funded by Cheshire West and Chester Council and offer a free service to any Weaver Vale Housing Trust tenant for a maximum period of up to two years. We review your support needs with you on a regular basis to ensure that we are achieving things together and to identify any new issues that may occur.

Issues we can help with:

  • Housing Issues/ settling into your home             family support
  • Welfare benefits
  • Money and Debt
  • Daily Living Skills, for example budgeting and looking after your home.
  • Rehabilitation after leaving care, hospital or prison
