5 Ways to Wellbeing
The five aspects of 5 Ways to Wellbeing were developed by the New Economics Foundation based on the extensive research available in the area of wellbeing. The actions you can take to improve your sense of wellbeing are to connect with people, be active, take notice of world around you and yourself, keep learning and give.
West Cheshire Together partners are embracing 5 Ways to Wellbeing as a way to help ourselves increase our own sense of wellbeing. From a place of higher wellbeing other things seem more possible, whether it is addressing a health issue such as stopping smoking or a social issue such as dealing with rent arrears. When we feel better about ourselves coping with different areas of life tends to be easier.
