Ground floor flats and bungalows

Weaver Vale Housing Trust have properties across Cheshire West & Chester which are suitable for people with disabilities, medical conditions or are over the age of 55 years. These properties include one and two bedroom ground floor flats and bungalows.

Many of the flats and bungalows have been refurbished with new kitchens and bathrooms to a very  high specification, in a variant of colours 

Some properties have a bath others might have a disability standard walk in shower

When it comes to home improvements, people who sign up for a tenancy  in our bungalows and ground floor flats can enjoy the same benefits as those tenants who live in our non system linked Weaver Vale properties, as long as permission to make the improvement has been requested and approved before any work is undertaken.
