Right to Acquire
Tenants who transferred to us from Vale Royal Borough Council may have the choice of purchasing through the Preserved Right to Buy Scheme or the Right to Acquire scheme.
If you became a tenant of Weaver Vale Housing Trust after the date of the transfer of housing from the Council, you may be eligible to buy your home under the Right to Acquire Scheme so long as certain requirements are met.
