Since starting her role with the Trust in September last year, Sabine has spoken with many customers about money issues and how to access support and guidance to get back on track. Some customers have described how they feel like a weight has been lifted just by discovering information they didn't know before.
“Being out of work can be one of life’s toughest challenges but there is help out there for you,” she said.
Sabine’s role is also aimed at raising awareness about the range of safe financial products available to Trust customers, who may not already access services like savings accounts and insurance.
