Weaver Vale Housing Trust straight in as 2-star ‘outstanding’ employer in a major national survey
WEAVER Vale Housing Trust has been named as a 2-star ‘outstanding’ employer in its first attempt at a prestigious national accreditation.
The Trust, which employs over 300 staff, achieved two-star status, in its first survey by Best Companies, which aims to acknowledge companies with a forward thinking approach to staff engagement and development.

The confidential and voluntary survey asked employees to give their views on various aspects of their work, from leadership and management, to well being and personal growth.
Using this information Best Companies marks the organisation on a star rating, where one star is first class, two stars is outstanding, and three stars is extraordinary.
The Trust was marked in the top 190 companies nationwide and was one of just 72 in the
